Note
The variables in the variables list subjected to initialization are always available. Additionally the variables of the chemistry model are occurring in this dialog if the chemistry model is actually described. Then the initial values dialog will by automatically expanded to all chemical species involved in the chemistry model. The number of the species is unlimited, GUI dialogs are adjusted automatically for manipulations of the chemistry model variables. The example of the initial values dialog for the simplest chemical is shown below. model
Chemical species Oxygen_melt and SiO are added at the end of the variables list for initialization. This dialog is adjusted automatically on the number of the chemical species which is not known in advance. Another GUI dialogs are adjusted automatically too, because in opposite to other available computational models, the number of variables of the chemical model is equal to the number of chemical species and is not known in advance.
Select Settings > Initial Values.
Select region(s) with the left mouse button.

Click on select all regions button.
Initial values can be defined for the following variables:
Select the variable from the list box.
Write or overwrite the value displayed in the input field Initial value.
The default setting is that only the variable selected will be refreshed. But you can also choose to refresh all variables at once:
If you want to refresh the values for all variables, click on the check box all variables.
Click on Apply or press the Enter key to apply the changes and keep the dialog open.

Click on OK to apply the changes and close the dialog.
