Registration
The registration for the IWMCG-5 will be possible starting from February 5, 2006. The deadline for early registration is April 30, 2006. Please use the IWMCG-5 registration form which is enclosed and fax it to +49-9131-761-280.

Registration Fee
400Euro       for early registration (before May 15, 2006)
450Euro       for registration after May 15, 2006

The above registration fee includes admission to all sessions, conference proceedings, 6 coffee breaks, 3 lunch with soft drinks, welcome dinner with coupon for beverages on Sunday, dinner with coupon for beverages on Monday, conference dinner, sightseeing tour and organ concert on Sunday, shuttle service on Sunday and Thursday.

Student Registration Fee 250Euro
Students (Master) can participate in IWMCG-5 for a reduced fee, which includes the admission to all sessions, conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome dinner with coupon for beverages on Sunday, dinner with coupon for beverages on Monday, conference dinner, sightseeing tour and organ concert on Sunday, shuttle service on Sunday and Thursday. Please include proof of your student status with your registration form.

Accompanying Person Registration Fee 250Euro
Accompanying persons are welcome to participate in IWMCG-5 for a reduced fee, which includes the admission to the coffee breaks, lunches, welcome dinner on Sunday, dinner on Monday, conference dinner, sightseeing tour and organ concert on Sunday, shuttle service on Sunday and Thursday. A special program will be organized for accompanying persons.

Registration and Hotel Reservation Form
Conference registration form and hotel reservation form are enclosed in this announcement. A block of rooms is reserved for IWMCG-5 participants until July 15, 2006 in the Welcome Kongress Hotel. The rooms can be booked on a first come first serve basis. In addition, single and double rooms are available in the ****superior WELCOME HOTEL Residenzschloss Bamberg (walking distance to the conference center).

  • Welcome Kongress Hotel Single Room 81 Euro per night (including 16% VAT)
  • Welcome Kongress Hotel Double Room 50.5 Euro per person and night (including 16% VAT)
  • Residenzschloss Hotel Single Room 113 Euro per night (including 16% VAT)
  • Residenzschloss Hotel Double Room 73 Euro per person and night (including 16% VAT)
The rooms are equipped with shower/bath/toilette, minibar, radio, tv, video, telephone and hair dryer. The fee includes also a comprehensive breakfast buffet and free access to the leisure opportunities of the hotel.

Cancellation
Cancellation of the conference registration must be notified in writing to the chairmen of IWMCG-5 before July 31, 2006. For cancellations made on or after this date, the registration fee is not refundable. In the event of cancellation of the hotel reservation, written notification must be sent by fax to +49-951-6091-747. Please consider the terms and conditions of the hotel in the case of cancellation.
